Lee Min-ho Discusses His Strengths and Weaknesses Ahead of 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint' Release
Actor Lee Min-ho recently opened up about his personal traits and characteristics.

On the 17th, an interview with Lee Min-ho took place at a café in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in anticipation of his upcoming film 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.' Lee Min-ho exuded a unique aura, dressed simply in a white t-shirt and jeans, complemented by a black outerwear to brace against the chilly indoor temperature.

'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint' is a fantasy action film that unfolds as the world of a long-serialized novel becomes reality on the day the novel concludes. Lee Min-ho plays the role of Yoo Joong-hyuk, the protagonist of the novel within the film.

During the interview, Lee Min-ho highlighted his strengths, stating, "I am fearless. I have an entrepreneurial mindset. People around me often say I would have succeeded if I had started a business." He added, "I have no fear. In fact, stability makes me more anxious. I'm a dopamine addict. I feel alive when I'm challenged."

When asked about his weaknesses, he pondered for a moment before calling his manager, jokingly asking, "Hey, can you tell me one of my weaknesses?" He then admitted, "I do have points where I make things difficult for myself. I've never really indulged in joy. Even when a project does well, I just think, 'It went well.'"

Towards the end of the interview, the conversation shifted from discussing his work and character to focusing more on Lee Min-ho as a person. He revealed, "Five days ago (from the interview date), my pet crossed the rainbow bridge. I cried endlessly for three days. I think I relied on that small life." He continued, "While I try to avoid leaving too many memories, I also want to create many. I like people, but in my 20s, I sometimes chose isolation. It's ironic."

Meanwhile, 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint' is set to release on the 23rd in South Korea and Taiwan. It will also premiere on the 30th in Indonesia, and on the 31st in Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. The film will be available in the United States, Canada, and Vietnam on August 1st, followed by Cambodia on August 5th, and the Philippines on August 6th.
