Ko Woo-rim expressed his regret over the disappearance of villas.

On the October 16th episode of MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' (hereafter referred to as 'Holmes'), a special feature on Seoul villas aims to break the stereotypes surrounding them.

The episode features comedian Yang Se-hyung, crossover group Forestella's Cho Min-kyu, and Ko Woo-rim as they explore various properties to uncover the true charm of 'villas' in Seoul, often overshadowed by the city's reputation as an 'apartment republic.' Villas, while not an official term in architectural records, commonly refer to multi-family, multi-unit, and row houses. Through this exploration, they aim to present unique housing options with distinct characteristics and advantages.

The trio visits a newlywed couple's villa located on a hillside in Buam-dong, Jongno-gu. When Yang Se-hyung asks the couple if they regret purchasing a villa, they respond, "We have no regrets as we are enjoying experiences that are hard to come by in an apartment." Ko Woo-rim, impressed by the charmingly decorated kitchen, remarks, "It's a perfect space for newlyweds," adding to the sweet atmosphere. Observing this, 'six-year married' Jang Dong-min humorously mutters, "What a bunch of nonsense," adding a touch of humor.

With all Forestella members except Cho Min-kyu being married, Yang Se-hyung piques curiosity by asking Cho Min-kyu, "Which couple do you envy the most?" Cho Min-kyu, after asking Ko Woo-rim to step aside, cautiously reveals his true feelings, stirring the scene. The episode will also reveal why Cho Min-kyu continues to address Kim Yuna, whom he frequently meets, as "athlete."

Finally, the trio visits a modern villa in Dongbinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu. The open 'bang view' balcony with a mini garden leaves everyone in awe. Observing the rapidly changing neighborhood due to the Hannam New Town redevelopment, Ko Woo-rim shares, "As someone who grew up in a house, it's sad to see villas disappearing and only apartments being built."

Meanwhile, Ko Woo-rim married former figure skater Kim Yuna in 2022 after three years of dating. The couple is known to reside in a luxury apartment in Heukseok-dong, Seoul, which Kim Yuna purchased in 2011 for 2.2 billion won, with its current market value estimated at around 8.5 billion won.
