In the first episode of 'Assisi Durian', Durian (played by Joo-mi Park) and So-jeo Kim (played by Lee Da-yeon), who transcended time and space, and the conglomerate Dan family, who became entangled with the two women, unfolded the inside stories and stories. First, Baek Do-yi (played by Myung-gil Choi), the best adult of the Dan family, who was rejuvenated by borrowing the power of medicine, held a grand 70th birthday party at the Dan family's villa, and the 'three brothers' Dan Chi-gang (played by Jeon No-min), Dan Chi-gam (played by Kim Min-jun), and Dan Chi-jeong (Ji Young-san), daughters-in-law Jang Se-mi (Yun Hae-young), Lee Eun-seong (Ha-gam), and grandson Dan Deung-myeong (Yoo Jeong-hoo), and many other distinguished guests, who enjoyed the congratulations and applause of the family. Afterwards, Durian and Kim So-ja crawled out of the pond at the Dan family's villa and passed out in front of Lee Eun-seong and others. While Lee Eun-seong took the two home, Durian, who came to his senses, found a sense of dangchi that looked just like a stone and fell into shock.
Park Joo-mi is a durian with a neat and graceful appearance and a noble character, digesting complex emotions from pity to regret and tears of sadness. Choi Myung-gil took on the role of Baek Do-i, the chairman of a conglomerate family, and portrayed three-dimensional aspects, from the strong charismatic force of the temperament of a heroine who raised three sons brilliantly alone to her elegant and sophisticated appearance. Kim Min-jun plays the role of Dan Chi-gam, the talented, affectionate, and impeccable heir to the Dan family, and Han-gam plays the role of Lee Eun-seong, the daughter-in-law of a chaebol who is cultured to the bone.
Jeon No-min plays the role of Dan Chi-gang, the eldest son of the Dan family with a heavy sense of weight, and Yoon Hae-young plays the role of Jang Se-mi, who caused a stir after 25 years of marriage, and robbed the eyes with an unconventional acting transformation. Ji Young-san proved her deep acting skills by playing the role of Dan Chi-jeong, a charming rich man, from aegyo to slyness. Yoo Jeong-hoo played the role of Dan Deung-myeong, a top actor with a good personality, and Da-yeon Da-yeon played the role of Kim So-jeo, Durian's daughter-in-law, leaving a strong impression.
