BIGBANG's Taeyang is set to make his solo comeback on May 18th with his fourth studio album, 'QUINTESSENCE'. As BIGBANG celebrates their 20th anniversary with a world tour announcement, Taeyang continues his busy schedule with the release of his new album.

According to TenAsia, Taeyang will embark on his solo activities with 'QUINTESSENCE' on May 18th. This marks his first solo comeback since his second EP album 'Down to Earth' released in 2023, and his first full-length solo album since 'WHITE NIGHT' in August 2017, nearly nine years ago.

The album features Australian pop star The Kid LAROI, known for hits like 'Stay' and 'Without You', adding to the anticipation. Additionally, fellow artists from his label, The Black Label, including members of the mixed-gender group All Day Project (ADP), Woochan and Tarzan, are also featured.
