Interview with actor Oh Seung-hoon from the movie 'Believer 2'

Actor Oh Seung-hoon was interviewed about the movie 'Believer 2' (directed by Baek) at a cafe located in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 22nd.
'Believer 2' follows the vicious war between Detective Won-ho (Cho Jin-woong), who is still chasing Mr. Lee after the vicious fight at Yongsan Station, the disappeared Rock (Oh Seung-hoon), the reappearance of Brian (Cha Seung-won), and Big Knife (Han Hyo-joo) who came from China to resolve the situation. Green crime action movie. Actor Oh Seung-hoon plays Seo Young-rak, who disappears after Brian is arrested at Yongsan Station, but returns to manufacturing with his deaf siblings Rona and Manko.
‘Believer 2’ was released on Netflix on the 17th and received mixed reviews. Among them, many of the criticisms were that it failed to continue the legacy of the previous film. When asked if he had looked for reviews, Oh Seung-hoon said, "I think I need to refine it more delicately and passionately. If I was naive until now, now I need to think more delicately. As the role of the protagonist in 'Believer 2', I have a sense of responsibility and behavior for the work. “I have a greater sense of responsibility,” he answered honestly.
Oh Seung-hoon, who was nervous but excited while meeting the audience for 'Believer 2', which premiered at the 28th Busan International Film Festival this year, said, "It was the first time I went back to Busan after 'Method'. I was nervous. But when I actually went, it was just as good. I love movies. “It was nice to go to a festival of people and filmmakers and exist as our film. There were many points where I wondered what it would be like after meeting the audience,” he said.
As there was a big difference between Seo Young-rak, portrayed by actor Ryu Jun-yeol in the previous work, and Seo Young-rak, played by Oh Seung-hoon, Oh Seung-hoon also felt a lot of pressure. However, he explained honestly, "I think that's up to the audience. I guess he felt some regrets or shortcomings while acting. I was proud while working with Rock, and I never lied even for a moment."
Oh Seung-hoon then spoke about the point he wanted to express in the most detail as Seo Young-rak, "In particular, when Won Ho-rang last spoke in Norway, I thought there were subtexts that could come out as superficial lines or one-dimensional wording. Keep it in mind. “I tried to keep it in the audience’s eyes. Seo Young-rak’s last words, ‘I’m going to be Mr. Lee, will you hold me?’ are in some ways like the point of ‘Will you hold me?’” he said.
