Actress Park Kyung-hye Shines with Positivity in Her Solo Living Journey

Actress Park Kyung-hye, four months into living alone, captivates with her raw reality of solo living and dream fulfillment, exuding positive energy and lovely charm. She debuted in the 2011 film 'Balloon' and is known for her close friendship with Hyeri.

On the MBC show 'I Live Alone' aired on the 17th, Koo Sung-hwan's challenge of trekking from Seoul to Busan was featured. According to Nielsen Korea on the 18th, the show's household rating in the metropolitan area was 5.4%, ranking first among Friday entertainment programs. The 2054 viewership rating, a key indicator reflecting changes in media consumption, also stood at 3.5%, maintaining its top position in the same time slot.

Park Kyung-hye, a 16-year veteran actress, appeared as the main character in Koo Sung-hwan's 'Introducing Rainbow Friends' segment. As a four-month solo dweller, she revealed her realistic living conditions in a 6-pyeong studio apartment coexisting with mold. Despite the rusty and moldy home, she displayed a positive attitude, saying, "I think I can live well if I manage it properly."

Particularly, her pure and lovely charm shone through as she installed a 'bunk bed' to fulfill a childhood dream, shedding tears of happiness. She also showcased her 'too much small talker' side, engaging in endless small talk with the visiting bed installer and Rainbow members, bringing laughter.

Park Kyung-hye shared her close bonds with fellow actors. She expressed gratitude, saying, "They know what I need and send it to me. Park Joon-myeon sends kimchi, Kim Hye-soo provides oysters and beef for nourishment, and Hyeri gives me makeup products because I'm not good at it. I'm living a blessed solo life." Koo Sung-hwan added, "There's a reason colleagues can't help but like her. She has many small considerations that make you want to reach out."

Park Kyung-hye surprised with her current status of balancing acting with a part-time job at a cafe for two years. She revealed, "I started the job to have a stable income," showing her realistic approach. Skillfully handling cleaning, inventory management, and customer service, she demonstrated her diligence, stating, "I realize every day that earning money is not easy," showcasing her strong life skills.

After finishing her demanding part-time job from afternoon to late night, Park Kyung-hye reflected on her first solo living experience, saying, "It's a process of getting to know myself," sharing her clumsy yet satisfying daily life. Her day filled with positivity and passion left Joy expressing a desire to become friends, adding warmth to the scene.
