The drama 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea,' starring actor Ha Jung-woo, has experienced another drop in ratings. The show, which recorded a 3.1% viewership for its 10th episode, fell to 2.4% in its 11th episode.

The 11th episode of tvN's weekend drama 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea' (hereafter referred to as 'Building Owner'), aired on the 18th, depicted a chilling narrative where Yona (played by Shim Eun-kyung) kills Nam Bo-jwa (played by Park Sung-il), who was obstructing a redevelopment project, and threatens Jeon Yi-kyung (played by Jung Soo-jung) and Kim Sun (played by Im Soo-jung).

The episode began with Yona being investigated for a kidnapping incident and a fire accident at the Seyun Building. Despite committing murder, Yona acted nonchalantly and was released from custody. Jeon Yi-kyung admitted to kidnapping Gidarae (played by Park Seo-kyung) in an attempt to hold Ki Soo-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo) accountable, but Gidarae denied the kidnapping, choosing to protect her parents, Ki Soo-jong and Kim Sun, along with Jeon Yi-kyung.

Meanwhile, Ki Soo-jong and Kim Sun became murder suspects when the body of real estate agent Jang Hee-joo (played by Ryu Abel) was discovered. The couple had deliberately exposed themselves on CCTV to create an alibi and managed to evade the investigation. The identity of Jang Hee-joo's killer remained a mystery until it was revealed to be Nam Bo-jwa, who had killed her during a dispute over redevelopment shares.

Nam Bo-jwa, aiming to eliminate Ki Soo-jong, who was ambitiously seeking redevelopment shares, planned to frame him for murder. He instructed Yona to eliminate Ki Soo-jong, but in a surprising twist, Yona turned her gun on Nam Bo-jwa instead. After killing Nam Bo-jwa, Yona proposed a partnership to Ki Soo-jong to continue the redevelopment project, suggesting they eliminate Jeon Yi-kyung for a swift acquisition of Pyeongbuk-gwan. Ki Soo-jong refused, but Yona proceeded with her plan regardless.

Yona's shadowy ally, Jang Eui-sa (played by Lee Shin-ki), infiltrated Jeon Yi-kyung's hospital room, but Ki Soo-jong intervened just in time to save her. Ki Soo-jong, along with Kim No-in (played by Nam Myung-ryul), urgently moved to relocate Jeon Yi-kyung to a safer location.

Meanwhile, Kim Sun discovered that Yona had killed her brother Kim Kyun (played by Kim Nam-gil) and vowed revenge. She handed over a USB containing evidence of Real Capital's corruption and criminal activities to Detective Go Ju-ran (played by Lee Joo-woo). However, with a mole inside the police, Kim Sun kept the USB at home, leading to a dangerous encounter when Yona came looking for it. Yona ominously asked, "Where is my item?" as she approached, leaving Kim Sun terrified. Kim Sun attempted to secretly contact Ki Soo-jong for help. As Ki Soo-jong was evacuating Jeon Yi-kyung, he learned of Kim Sun's perilous situation, ending the 11th episode on a tense note.

Yona's ruthless actions to eliminate obstacles to the redevelopment project foreshadow an unpredictable finale. The final episode will reveal who survives this intense battle and what consequences Ki Soo-jong's desperate choices to protect his building and family will bring.
