TV CHOSUN's 'Modern Figures: Mr. Lee' Reveals Shocking Confession by Lee Kyung-kyu

In a surprising revelation, broadcaster Lee Kyung-kyu confesses to having a blind date with Lee Boo-jin on 'Modern Figures: Mr. Lee'.

The upcoming episode of TV CHOSUN's 'Modern Figures: Mr. Lee', airing on the 19th, will spotlight female leaders in the business world. As the only female MC, Han Seung-yeon expresses her ambition to take the main MC position from Lee Kyung-kyu, saying, "I will be eyeing your spot." Lee responds with a nervous laugh, "Such determination!"

The episode will delve into the lives of some of South Korea's most prominent women from conglomerate families. Featured are Hong Ra-hee, director of the Samsung Museum of Art; Lee Myung-hee, honorary chairman of Shinsegae Group; Jung Yoo-kyung, chairman of Shinsegae Group; Annie, Jung Yoo-kyung's daughter and member of the idol group 'All Day Project'; and Choi Min-jung, daughter of SK Group chairman Chey Tae-won. Han Seung-yeon praises them as "undeniably hot sisters."

Particularly, the episode focuses on Lee Boo-jin, president of Hotel Shilla, admired by many women. Known as 'Little Lee Kun-hee' for her competitive spirit, she was cherished by the late Lee Kun-hee. Lee Kyung-kyu piques curiosity by claiming, "I also had a meeting with Lee Boo-jin," only to reveal it was a namesake, drawing laughter from the audience. Additionally, Han Seung-yeon is astonished to learn that Lee Boo-jin's son recently scored nearly perfect on the college entrance exam and was admitted to Seoul National University.

The story of Hyun Jeong-eun, the 'Iron Lady' leading Hyundai Group, is also shared. Chosen by the late Chung Ju-yung as his daughter-in-law, Hyun Jeong-eun became the head of the company just two months after her husband, the late Chung Mong-hun, passed away. Her efforts to continue Hyundai Group's long-standing inter-Korean business projects are also highlighted.
