Lawyer Who Sees Ghosts Uncovers Chilling Crime in SBS Drama

In a gripping turn of events, lawyer Yoo Yeon-seok, who can see ghosts, uncovers the chilling truth behind a child's death, only to find himself at the brink of life and death, confronting his own spirit.

On the October 18th episode of SBS's 'God and Law Office' (directed by Shin Joong-hoon, written by Kim Ga-young and Kang Chul-kyu), the 12th episode depicted Shin Il-rang (played by Yoo Yeon-seok) being shot by a serial child kidnapper while investigating the death of a new ghost, a child named Yoon Si-ho (played by Park Da-on), leaving him unconscious.

The episode began with a mix of tension-filled investigation and light-hearted possession antics. Shin Il-rang attempted to express his feelings to Han Na-hyun (played by Lee Som), but was possessed by a child ghost, leading to humorous scenes of him chasing a puppy and dancing with his niece Yoon Da-bong (played by Lee Ah-rin). Despite the unexpected situation, Han Na-hyun felt a flutter of emotions, realizing her affectionate gaze towards Shin Il-rang, as noted by her niece.

However, the atmosphere turned cold as the disappearance of Yoon Si-ho was explored in depth. Shin Il-rang, using clues like a pair of yellow boots and a golf ball with the initials 'GSG', tracked down an abandoned golf practice range, accompanied by Detective Jo Chi-young (played by Lee Sang-woon), who had a past connection with a school violence case. Meanwhile, Han Na-hyun, through a client Yoon Jae-wook (played by Ko Sang-ho), who decided to divorce to console his grieving wife, realized that the new ghost was his son, Yoon Si-ho. Yoon Si-ho, regaining his memories, warned Shin Il-rang that the true culprit, Jo Chi-young, was nearby.

Revealing his true colors, Jo Chi-young threatened Shin Il-rang with a gun at the golf range, exposing his chilling crime of killing Yoon Si-ho a year ago and holding another child captive. In a moment of crisis, Shin Il-rang, aided by the spirit of Yoon Si-ho, subdued Jo Chi-young and rescued the captive child, successfully escaping. However, during the escape, Shin Il-rang was shot in the abdomen, losing consciousness due to excessive bleeding, but managed to bring the child safely to the hospital emergency room before collapsing. Han Na-hyun, arriving at the scene, broke down in tears, revealing her deep-seated affection for Shin Il-rang.

The episode concluded with a spine-chilling scene of Shin Il-rang's spirit watching his own body in cardiac arrest from the hospital corridor. Witnessing medical staff passing through his spirit, Shin Il-rang was left in shock, questioning his own death, heightening anticipation for future developments. Meanwhile, the mysterious actions of Yang Byung-il (played by Choi Kwang-il) around Park Kyung-hwa (played by Kim Mi-kyung) added to the suspense.
