Kim Si-hyun Shines in 'Siren' with Chemistry alongside Park Min-young
Kim Si-hyun plays the role of 'Go Sang-mi', a member of the Royal Auction team, in the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Siren'. Her character is known for her unwavering support and loyalty to Han Seol-ah, played by Park Min-young, capturing the attention of viewers.
Sang-mi is the closest ally to Seol-ah, especially when she needs help with work. Despite the controversies surrounding Seol-ah due to a series of incidents, Sang-mi remains a steadfast supporter, serving as her ally within the company.
In episode 9, Sang-mi prepares to step onto the auction stage to fill the void left by Seol-ah, who was arrested as a suspect in a murder case. This scene, witnessed by Seol-ah, brought a moment of crisis to their relationship. Misunderstandings arose, suggesting Sang-mi might be trying to take Seol-ah's place. Although Sang-mi tried to clarify the situation, she was deeply moved by Seol-ah's comforting words.
Episode 10 further ignited the 'womance' chemistry as Sang-mi, with Seol-ah's support, prepared for her debut as an auctioneer. Engaging in a mock auction with Seol-ah, Sang-mi used her mentor's expertise to get closer to her dream of becoming an auctioneer. Their strong bond as mentor and mentee, rather than competitors, heightened anticipation for future developments.
Kim Si-hyun continues to shine as a supportive ally to Park Min-young's character, while also portraying a growth-oriented character striving towards her dream of becoming an auctioneer.
Meanwhile, the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Siren', featuring Kim Si-hyun, airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 PM.
