The episode featured Bae Woo Lee Hee-jun and Park Hae-soo as 'Anytime Friends.'

During the show, Yoo Jae-suk expressed his excitement by asking Yoo Yeon-seok, "Did you watch the WBC yesterday?" However, Yoo Yeon-seok replied, "I didn't have time to watch baseball. I was busy preparing for the start of the semester."

Yoo Yeon-seok has been appointed as a special professor in the Department of Film Arts at his alma mater, Sejong University, and will begin teaching in the first semester of the 2026 academic year.

Yoo Jae-suk, understanding the situation, asked about Yoo Yeon-seok's first lecture experience. Yoo Yeon-seok shared, "I was a bit nervous. I planned to finish the first class in an hour, but it ended up lasting two hours," marking a successful debut as a professor. Yoo Jae-suk encouraged him, saying, "You need to settle in well."

Meanwhile, Yoo Yeon-seok's first 'Anytime Mission' applicant was a fan of his character Goo Dong-mae, who humorously sat with her back turned due to nervousness. The fan expressed her admiration, saying, "I've watched 'Mr. Sunshine' about 100 times and even memorized the lines."

In another segment, Yoo Jae-suk engaged in a conversation with Park Hae-soo and Lee Hee-jun about married life. Lee Hee-jun shared about his 8-year-old son, "He just started elementary school, and it was very touching."

Lee Hee-jun also shared about living in Jeju for a month with his family, saying, "I'm spontaneous, but my wife, Lee Hye-jung, planned everything a month in advance. I suggested we just go, but she found it frustrating. In the end, we did it her way."

Yoo Jae-suk empathized, "I totally understand. I'm like Hee-jun. If you don't do it your wife's way, you'll end up arguing for a month. Ultimately, you have to listen to your wife."
