In this episode, comedians Lim Woo-il and Um Ji-yoon, along with 'value-for-money man' Kim Dae-ho, set out to find the perfect property for rookie comedian Ahn Hyun-woo, who can't give up his flex lifestyle. This mission is unique as it is the first in 'Save Me! Holmes' history to proceed without prior arrangements, with the team listening to the client's requirements on-site and searching for properties in real-time.

Lim Woo-il impresses with his unexpected 'real estate expert' persona. Yang Se-hyung even describes him as a 'real estate AI' due to his seamless knowledge of various real estate terms, leaving everyone on-site amazed. Um Ji-yoon also testifies to his exceptional real estate knowledge, saying, "I've asked him a lot about real estate." Lim Woo-il reveals, "I used to help many juniors find homes," and promises to be proactive in this mission for his junior.

The trio visits the home of this episode's client, rookie comedian Ahn Hyun-woo, who debuted just last year. Upon entering, they are taken aback by the pristine and luxurious atmosphere of the newly built home, complete with high-end marble finishes. The presence of luxury sunglasses, a collection of high-end foreign cars, and a variety of fabric softeners for different seasons further adds to the mystery.
