Yoo Yeon-seok, who had long misunderstood his father as a corrupt prosecutor, finally confirmed Choi Won-young's innocence and began a full-fledged collaboration to expose the evil deeds of Choi Kwang-il, the true villain.

In the 15th episode of SBS's 'Shin & Law Office' (directed by Shin Joong-hoon, written by Kim Ga-young and Kang Chul-kyu), which aired on the night of the 1st at 9:50 PM, Shin Yi-rang (played by Yoo Yeon-seok) dramatically reunited with his father Shin Ki-jung (played by Choi Won-young), who returned as a spirit, and faced the tangled truths of the past.

In this episode, Shin Ki-jung, who regained his memory, shed tears as he lingered around his wife Park Kyung-hwa (played by Kim Mi-kyung) and daughter Shin Sa-rang (played by Son Yeo-eun). His son Shin Yi-rang, realizing his father's sincerity, tearfully apologized for doubting him as a corrupt prosecutor. Shin Ki-jung comforted his son, saying that having just one person who believed in him was enough, and the two shared a short but happy memory of visiting a bathhouse together.

The truth of the past revealed through the father-son conversation was harsh. Shin Ki-jung had helped with the rightful judgment of teacher Yoon Dae-myung in the past, but when Yoon became isolated because of it, Shin Ki-jung ran around trying to help him. On the day of the accident, Shin Ki-jung was on his way to retrieve a recorder containing evidence of collusion between the prosecution and the parents of the offending student when he met with a mysterious accident.

Shin Yi-rang realized that the rumors of his father's drug use and corruption were all fabricated, and Shin Ki-jung also realized that there was a meticulous plan behind all these tragedies. The real mastermind, identified as Taebaek's chairman Yang Byung-il (played by Choi Kwang-il), claimed his innocence to his son Yang Do-kyung (played by Kim Kyung-nam), but it was revealed that he was the one who injected drugs into the dying Shin Ki-jung and ordered his murder, shocking everyone.

The crisis peaked when Shin Yi-rang found the decisive evidence, the recorder, based on his father's memories. Members of the Sa-ryong Society, under Yang Byung-il's orders, broke into Shin Yi-rang's office to seize the recorder and threatened him with a talisman that could destroy his father. Forced to hand over the recorder to protect his father, Shin Yi-rang was being beaten when he merged with his father Shin Ki-jung's spirit, gaining superhuman strength. Borrowing his father's skills as a kendo master, Shin Yi-rang quickly turned the tables, delivering a fiery counterattack and retrieving the recorder, heightening the tension of the drama.

As ally Han Na-hyun revealed that the first reporter of the Yoon Dae-myung case was a member of the Sa-ryong Society, the noose tightened around Yang Byung-il. It remains to be seen whether Shin Yi-rang can restore his father's honor and expose the ugly truth of the Taebaek family to the world. The narrative of a son fighting to clear his father's name, who became a spirit under false accusations, is raising viewers' heart rates as the series approaches its finale.
