Jin Se-yeon and Park Ki-woong have embarked on a tumultuous yet sweet secret romance.

In the 14th episode of KBS2's weekend drama 'Prescription for Love,' aired on the 15th, the chaos within the Yang family due to Cha Se-ri's (played by So Yi-hyun) absence and the Gong family's decision to cancel their move were depicted.

In this episode, Yang Dong-ik (played by Kim Hyung-mook) was devastated by his wife Cha Se-ri's departure. As he searched for her, Gong Jeong-han (played by Kim Seung-soo) appeared, angry about the secret cancellation of their move, which had been revealed to Han Seong-mi (played by Yoo Ho-jeong). Yang Dong-ik blamed Gong Jeong-han for reversing the plan, escalating the conflict between the two families.

Cha Se-ri sought solace with a nun from her past at a convent. Meanwhile, Yang Dong-ik recalled his wife's silent dedication to the family, shedding tears of regret. Yang Hyun-bin (played by Park Ki-woong) questioned if anyone knew his stepmother's favorite food, prompting the family to reflect and send heartfelt messages to Cha Se-ri. Eventually, she returned home, responding to the family's surprise apology event with a tearful reunion.

Gong Jeong-han and Han Seong-mi also shared their true feelings. Gong Jeong-han confessed his fear of leaving the warmth he had known all his life and his desire to prove he could manage the hospital without his father. The Gong family decided to cancel the move and support Gong Jeong-han's TV appearance, resolving their conflict.

Meanwhile, Gong Ju-a (played by Jin Se-yeon) and Yang Hyun-bin began their secret romance, setting guidelines like staggered commutes, maintaining a professional distance at work, and avoiding romantic glances. However, their overly formal behavior aroused suspicion, adding humor to the situation. A subtle tension also emerged between Gong Dae-han (played by Choi Dae-chul) and Yang Dong-sook (played by Jo Mi-ryung), hinting at a budding romance.

Towards the end of the episode, a shocking clue about Cha Se-ri's secret was revealed, suggesting a new storyline. A baby photo in a frame from the convent matched the photo in Choi Min-seo's (played by Park Ri-won) necklace. Previously, Choi Min-seo had made a striking first appearance by saving a fallen passerby with Gong Woo-jae and later reconnected with him as a part-time worker at a barbecue restaurant, creating a mysterious connection. This intertwining of Cha Se-ri's hidden past with these characters heightened anticipation for the next episode.
