Park Ji-yoon Reveals Jun Hyun-moo's 'Over-the-Top' Comment During His Early Career
On the 22nd episode of MBN and Channel S's 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 3', aired on the 13th, Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin) were seen enjoying local Jeju cuisine with Park Ji-yoon, who currently resides in Jeju.
Recalling Jun Hyun-moo's early days as a KBS announcer, Park Ji-yoon said, "It was chaotic at first," and humorously added, "People were asking, 'Why did they hire him?' while MBC had Oh Sang-jin."
Mentioning Jun Hyun-moo's 'grass head' hairstyle, Park Ji-yoon noted, "I knew him from his news days at another network, and we called him 'grass head'. Back then, rookies would appear on variety shows, and Jun Hyun-moo often went overboard."
Reflecting on the incident, Park Ji-yoon expressed, "Who wouldn't be upset? If it happened today, he would have had to write an apology on social media," showing her emotional side.
Jun Hyun-moo, with an embarrassed smile, admitted, "I apologized a lot back then," to which Park Ji-yoon humorously added, "He was famous for writing good apology letters," causing laughter.
Meanwhile, Park Ji-yoon, a fellow KBS 30th class announcer with Choi Dong-seok, married him in 2009 and they have a son and a daughter. However, in 2023, it was announced that they are undergoing divorce proceedings after 14 years of marriage. Park Ji-yoon is currently living in Jeju, balancing work and parenting.
