Lee Hyori will lend her voice to the theme song of SBS's 'Mongle Counseling Center', with her husband Lee Sang-soon taking on the role of producer.

Premiering on November 8 at 11:05 PM, SBS's special 'My Heart is Mongle Mongle - Mongle Counseling Center' (hereafter 'Mongle Counseling Center') follows the first romantic experiences of young adults with developmental disabilities. Directed by Go Hye-rin, who won the Baeksang Arts Award for 'Hakjeon and Behind Kim Min-ki', the show features the beloved celebrity couple Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon as 'counselors' helping these young adults, referred to as 'Mongle', find love.

The theme song, 'Different', was gifted by No Young-shim, the music director of 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo'. Lee Hyori performs the song, while Lee Sang-soon produces it, creating a collaboration that has drawn significant attention. This marks a rare occasion where the trio has worked together on an OST.

'Different' was originally composed and written by No Young-shim during the OST production for 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo'. Upon hearing about 'Mongle Counseling Center', No Young-shim generously offered the song to the couple, showing support for the project. She even re-recorded the piano parts, demonstrating her dedication to the project.

Lee Hyori expressed her excitement about the collaboration, stating, “As we were wrapping up filming, No Young-shim shared a song she had previously written, saying it reminded her of our program. I was thrilled to sing it, as it perfectly captured the emotions I felt meeting the friends on 'Mongle Counseling Center'.” Lee Sang-soon added, “The song No Young-shim gifted us felt like a perfect match for 'Mongle Counseling Center', and I was deeply invested in the project.”

Describing 'Different', Lee Hyori said, “We all fear being isolated because of our differences. This song asks for acceptance without pretense. I hope listeners focus on the lyrics and take them as they are.” Lee Sang-soon echoed this sentiment, urging listeners to “see and hear the song as it is, just like the lyrics suggest.”

'Different' will be released on various music platforms on November 16 at 6 PM.
