Yang expressed the challenges of his new role, saying, "Many residents say things like, 'Other communities do this,' or 'I lived there, why don't we have this?' It's not just one person, it's a thousand. It's harder than running a gym."

Yang praised the community facilities, stating, "They're so good. I want to live here too. There's no better place even if you leave this apartment."

Notably, Yang proposed a stretching zone in the gym and provided exercise guidance to residents, showcasing his meticulous management skills.

From the 34th-floor sky lounge café, Yang introduced the space with its expansive Han River view and outdoor terrace, saying, "Seeing this makes me want to work hard. The view along the Han River is amazing."

Yang also shared his goals for managing the apartment community, stating, "I want to create the best apartment community. Since it's my first time, I think my goal is to do my best here and be recognized."

Previously, Yang revealed his unfortunate story of losing approximately $1.5 million due to rental fraud last year, which forced him to close his long-running gym. Despite the significant financial loss, he donated $10,000 for wildfire recovery efforts, demonstrating his commitment to good deeds, although he ultimately had to close his business.
