Intense Rivalry Unfolds in 'Love Prescription' as Kim Seung-soo and Kim Hyung-mook Face Off in Merchant Association Election
In the fifth episode of KBS2's weekend drama 'Love Prescription,' airing at 8 PM on the 14th, Gong Jung-han (played by Kim Seung-soo) and Yang Dong-ik (played by Kim Hyung-mook) engage in a high-stakes battle for the Merchant Association presidency, with their families fully involved.
Previously, Han Seong-mi (played by Yoo Ho-jung) opposed Gong Jung-han's candidacy, but after being provoked by rival Cha Se-ri (played by So Yi-hyun), she decided to support her husband actively. The tension between the two families escalated when it was revealed that Cha Se-ri was behind the distribution of photos suggesting Han Seong-mi's infidelity.
Amidst the couples' intense determination and friendly smiles towards voters, a peculiar tension arises. Yang Dong-sook (played by Jo Mi-ryung) is seen with a serious expression, adding to the intrigue. As childish rumors fly between the opposing camps, the election becomes increasingly unpredictable.
Meanwhile, the Gong family dominates the atmosphere with their vibrant campaign. Gong Jung-han's supportive brother, Gong Dae-han (played by Choi Dae-chul), passionately campaigns with a harmonica around his neck and a microphone in hand. The family's full involvement is set to energize the drama.
As the two families' pride is on the line, anticipation builds over whether Gong Jung-han or Yang Dong-ik will deliver a decisive blow to sway the election, and who will ultimately emerge victorious.
