'I Am Solo' Season 28: Youngsoo's Unrequited Affection for Yongdam Unveiled

On the latest episode of SBS PLUS's 'I Am Solo, Then Love Continues,' aired on the night of the 29th at 10:30 PM, Season 28's Youngsoo expressed his growing affection for Yongdam, hoping for a deeper connection. However, Yongdam revealed a starkly different perspective, highlighting a significant emotional gap between them.

During the episode, participants were given the opportunity to choose their date simultaneously. Both Season 26's Kyungsoo and Season 28's Youngsoo chose Yongdam.

Yongdam, appreciating Youngsoo's choice, likened it to a "surprise gift or event." When Yongdam inquired if Youngsoo was as kind during his previous appearance on 'I Am Solo' Season 28, Youngsoo humorously advised, "Never watch the show," adding, "You're too busy to bother with that," which brought laughter to the scene.

Youngsoo expressed his enjoyment of the time spent with Yongdam, stating, "I feel confident that we can have a sweet relationship," and expressed his desire to show his true feelings without overwhelming Yongdam. In an interview, Youngsoo firmly believed that they had mutually confirmed their feelings, convinced that Yongdam also had feelings for him.

Contrary to Youngsoo's expectations, Yongdam had no intention of pursuing Youngsoo and was instead focused on Kyungsoo from Season 26, drawing laughter from the hosts with her candidness.

The contrasting perceptions between Youngsoo's hopeful affection and Yongdam's clear stance have piqued interest in the potential outcomes of their mismatched intentions. Despite Youngsoo's interest, Yongdam remains steadfast in her pursuit of Kyungsoo, hinting at a direct approach. Meanwhile, during the original Season 28 broadcast, Youngsoo had previously shown interest in multiple female participants by suggesting, "Let's have a chat."
