Ahn Jae-hyun Anxiously Awaits Health Checkup Results for His 13-Year-Old Cat 'Anju'

Ahn Jae-hyun, a 38-year-old actor who divorced in 2020 after marrying in 2016, is seen anxiously waiting for his beloved cat 'Anju' to complete her health checkup. Anju, whom Ahn has cared for since before his marriage, is now 13 years old.

On the upcoming episode of MBC's variety show 'I Live Alone,' airing on the 1st, viewers will see Ahn Jae-hyun taking Anju to the vet for her annual health examination.

Ahn shares, “I get Anju a health checkup once a year,” noting that Anju, now equivalent to a human in their 60s or 70s, is scheduled for a full health checkup. He adds, “There were things that worried me about her from the first time we met,” expressing his concern for Anju.

While Anju undergoes her checkup in the examination room, Ahn is seen pacing nervously in the waiting area, unable to sit still. Despite regularly monitoring Anju's condition through checkups, he admits, “All sorts of thoughts crossed my mind,” unable to ease his worries.

Ahn is particularly anxious when he hears Anju's cries from the examination room, saying, “Given her age, it felt like a warning sign.” Anju, who has been on a diet for the past two years, has fans curious about her current health status.

Ahn is also captured lying down in front of Anju as she eats, gazing at her with love and affection. His tender care for Anju is expected to resonate with many pet owners.

The results of Anju's health checkup will be revealed on 'I Live Alone,' airing at 11:10 PM.
