Actor Chae Jong-hyeop Donates 50 Million Won to Support Epilepsy Patients
Actor Chae Jong-hyeop has made a generous donation of 50 million won to support epilepsy patients. Previously, on the 22nd of last month, Chae donated 10 million won to the Community Chest of Korea.

The Korean Epilepsy Association announced on the 7th, "Actor Chae Jong-hyeop has donated to assist with medical expenses for epilepsy patients in need and to support awareness improvement projects."

Chae expressed, "I am well aware of the pain experienced by those with epilepsy, and I hope to contribute in some way. I wish that my small contribution this year can provide some strength to the children and those who care for them."

Kim Heung-dong, Chairman of the Korean Epilepsy Association and a pediatrician at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, stated, "Understanding and supporting the challenges faced by epilepsy patients and their families is a great encouragement. It is crucial for those with epilepsy to actively overcome the negative perceptions and prejudices held by society."

Chae Jong-hyeop gained acclaim for his role as Yoo Min-ho in the 2019 drama 'Stove League' and continues to be active in various dramas and entertainment shows. This year, he will star alongside Lee Sung-kyung in the new MBC drama 'In Your Glorious Season.'
