After completing a 15km early morning run along the Han River with singer Sean, Kian84 heads to the Han River swimming pool, which he had been eyeing for some time. Following a refreshing shower, he changes into his swimwear and devours instant ramen as his first meal six hours after waking up. Having sweated profusely from the run, Kian84 remarks, "My cells are absorbing sodium," as he quickly finishes his bowl of ramen.

Re-energized, Kian84 confidently showcases his swimming skills, claiming, "I learned from a cultural center grandma." His bold strokes through the water reportedly left onlookers amazed.
