Jang Keun-suk Reveals Ownership of Building in Shibuya, Japan

On the October 16th episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star,' actor Jang Keun-suk appeared as a guest alongside FT Island's Lee Hong-gi, TXT's Soobin, and comedian Kim Shin-young.
During the show, Jang Keun-suk was highlighted as a leading Hallyu star alongside Bae Yong-joon. Kim Shin-young mentioned, "When I went to Shibuya, I saw women of various ages taking photos in front of a certain building. It's a modest yet practical building known as 'Jang Keun-suk's building,' where fans and visitors take pictures." She added, "There's also a café in the building."

Jang Keun-suk responded, "Besides acting, I engage in various musical activities as a solo artist, in an EDM unit, and in a five-member band. When performing with the band, we sometimes busk and earn money, and we have a rule to eat only as much as we earn that day." Yoo Se-yoon humorously remarked, "Isn't that experiencing life as a commoner?"

Regarding the age range of his fans, he explained, "Having worked for over 30 years, my fans are quite diverse, with some even in their 70s." Kim Shin-young confirmed, "Even just visiting that building, you can see the diversity in age."
Meanwhile, Jang Keun-suk is known to own real estate worth approximately 130 billion KRW in Seoul and Japan. This includes a building in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul valued at 50 billion KRW, a building in Cheongdam-dong worth over 21 billion KRW, and a building in Shibuya, Tokyo valued at around 60 billion KRW.
