Mun Ka-young Shines in New Legal Drama 'Seocho-dong' with Convincing Performance

The series follows the journey of five associate lawyers working in the bustling legal district of Seocho-dong. Mun Ka-young takes on the role of Kang Hee-ji, a first-year lawyer who has just joined the law firm Jo-hwa, captivating viewers with her realistic performance.

The handover notes left by her predecessor include messages about the 'Lunch Chat Club' members, and Kang Hee-ji quickly organizes her first meeting with them. Her charming and sociable nature, proposing toasts and engaging in witty banter, quickly endears her to those around her. Additionally, a mysterious past connection with An Joo-hyung (played by Lee Jong-suk), involving a kiss from ten years ago, adds a layer of intrigue to the storyline.
Even after a tiring day, Kang Hee-ji's eagerness to explore new legal precedents is portrayed convincingly through Mun Ka-young's bright eyes, lively expressions, clear diction, and solid acting tone. Taking on her first professional role, Mun Ka-young skillfully balances the freshness of a newcomer with professionalism, marking the birth of the 'Mun Ka-young-style lawyer' character.
'Seocho-dong' airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 PM.
