Tension Rises in 'Simu-myeon Yeonliri' as Park Sung-woong's Family Faces a Runaway Crisis
In the third episode of KBS 2TV's mini-series 'Simu-myeon Yeonliri' (directed by Choi Yeon-soo / written by Song Jeong-rim, Wang Hye-ji / produced by Sim Story), airing at 9:50 PM on the 9th, Seong Tae-hoon (played by Park Sung-woong) and Jo Mi-ryeo (played by Lee Soo-kyung) are seen frantically searching for their two runaway sons throughout Yeonliri.
In the previous episode, Seong Tae-hoon faced a crisis in his cabbage farming due to interference from Im Joo-hyung (played by Lee Seo-hwan). Despite becoming an outsider in the village, he persevered, substituting fertilizer with cow manure, and successfully sprouted cabbage after extensive research. However, just as tensions between the two men peaked, Seong Tae-hoon's two sons ran away, throwing the family into chaos.
The released stills show Seong Tae-hoon's family, along with local residents, searching for the children late into the night. The eldest son, Seong Ji-cheon (played by Lee Jin-woo), is also seen anxiously searching every corner of the village, his worry escalating as he desperately searches for his siblings.
Meanwhile, Seong Tae-hoon, along with Wang Dong-sik (played by Park Seok-won), scours Yeonliri in search of the children. The tension escalates when Seong Tae-hoon finds one of his second son Seong Ji-sang's (played by Seo Yoon-hyuk) shoes in the village, heightening his anxiety.
As Seong Tae-hoon's distraught expression reaches its peak, an unexpected event occurs in front of the runaway Seong Ji-sang and Seong Ji-gu (played by Yang Woo-hyuk). The audience is left wondering if Seong Tae-hoon and Jo Mi-ryeo will be able to find their children safely, and how their unpredictable adaptation to Yeonliri will unfold in the upcoming episode.
