Ryu Soo-young from 'Newly Launched Pyeon Restaurant' opens a Korean cooking class at Stanford University in the United States.

In KBS 2TV's 'New Release's 'Pyeon Restaurant' (hereinafter referred to as 'Pyeon Restaurant'), which airs on the 7th, Ryu Soo-young, 'Trustworthy Eonam Teacher', will reveal a K-food menu that will captivate the taste buds of people not only in Korea but around the world. With Korean food booming around the world, attention is being paid to what kind of K-food menu Ryu Soo-young will present and what recipes and flavors will target the tastes of people around the world.

Ryu Soo-young was invited as a lecturer to the K-Food conference held at the world-renowned Stanford University and headed to San Francisco, USA. In order to spread the charm of Korean food, Ryu Soo-young carried out broadcasting, recipe research, and lecture preparation for about three months under great pressure. The ‘Pyeon Restaurant’ family members who watched Ryu Soo-young’s lecture at Stanford University exclaimed, “It’s really amazing,” and “You worked hard.”

Ryu Soo-young's activities were not limited to lectures. Stanford University even opened a Korean cooking class. Ryu Soo-young revealed the menu she decided on after thinking about it for a long time, saying, “I hope foreigners will feel that making Korean food is not difficult, easy, and delicious.” The menu is Chicken Tteokbokki, which is a representative Korean food menu and allows you to enjoy both Tteokbokki, loved by people around the world, and Korean-style chicken. After thinking and preparing for about 3 months, Mr. Eonam's recipe was born.

However, holding the cooking class did not go smoothly. They ran into unexpected difficulties when a problem arose with materials in the United States. What were the difficulties that caused Eonam teacher Ryu Su-young to despair? In the end, Ryu Su-young, who spent all night studying in the United States, was able to overcome this obstacle; what kind of menu the chicken tteokbokki introduced by Ryu Su-young would be; and the Stanford students and professors who tasted Ryu Su-young's chicken tteokbokki were curious. It stimulates curiosity about what kind of reaction they would have had.

Ryu Soo-young also introduces a chicken tteokbokki recipe that is an upgrade from the one presented at the Stanford University cooking class in the United States. Eonam Teacher Ryu Soo-young's K-food chicken tteokbokki can be seen on 'Newly Released Restaurant', which airs at 8:30 pm on the 7th.
