Xdinary Heroes Unveils First OST for JTBC's New Series 'The Good Guy'

The band Xdinary Heroes (XH) has contributed to the first OST titled 'Break the Darkness' for JTBC's new Friday series 'The Good Guy' (directed by Song Hae-sung and Park Hong-soo, written by Kim Woon-kyung and Kim Hyo-seok, provided by SLL, produced by Hive Media Corp and TME Group), which will be released on the 18th.
'Break the Darkness' is a track based on a tense electric guitar sound. It captures a refreshing yet challenging emotion, adding excitement and immersion to the narrative of 'The Good Guy' as it officially begins.
Xdinary Heroes amplifies the charm of 'Break the Darkness' with their distinctively open and refreshing vocals, while their delicate expressiveness vividly conveys the drama's message. Many are eagerly anticipating the completion of 'Break the Darkness' with Xdinary Heroes' unique vocals and sensitivity.

'The Good Guy' is an emotional noir featuring Park Seok-cheol (played by Lee Dong-wook), the eldest grandson of a family of gangsters with an unexpected pure heart, and his first love Kang Mi-young (played by Lee Sung-kyung), who dreams of becoming a singer. With a cast including Lee Dong-wook, Lee Sung-kyung, Park Hoon, Oh Na-ra, and Ryu Hye-young, the series is generating buzz even before its first broadcast.
Meanwhile, the first OST 'Break the Darkness' for JTBC's inaugural Friday series 'The Good Guy,' featuring Xdinary Heroes, will be available for streaming on various online music platforms at 6 PM on the 18th.
