The Netflix series 'Dakgangjeong' has released its main poster and main trailer.

'Dakgangjeong' is a new world comic mystery chase drama about father Seon-man (Ryu Seung-ryong), who is trying to bring back his daughter Min-ah (Kim Yoo-jung), who was turned into chicken gangjeong after entering a mysterious machine, and Baekjoong (Ahn Jae-hong), who has a crush on her.

The main poster shows Seon-man and Baek-joong with meaningful expressions under a meteor shower of fried chicken with Min-ah inside a mysterious machine whose identity is unknown. The two set out on a journey to turn Min-ah back into a human being.

The main trailer depicts Seon-man, a foolish daughter who will run to the end of the universe for Min-ah, and Baek-joong, a genuine man who plays Rhapsody of Chicken Gangjeong for Min-ah, who has become a sweet-and-sour chicken. The more they track down the machine that made Mina into chicken soup, the more interesting the strangely intertwined people become.

Director Lee Byung-hun said, "Ingenuity is not difficult to think of, but difficult to translate. I thought the original writer had achieved it. I was filled with the desire to create something new by adding my desire to achieve what he had achieved. While maintaining the texture of the original work," Director Lee Byung-hun said. “I wanted to bring my own rhythm,” he said. Regarding the reason for filming the webtoon 'Dakgangjeong', director Lee Byung-hun said, "I felt, 'It's really, just fun.' To borrow a line from the play, I challenged myself to think, 'This doesn't make sense! I have to do it in moderation,' and that was my intention." “I hope it is conveyed well,” he emphasized.

Ryu Seung-ryong said, "This is a work where our imaginations become reality. It would be good if you watch it while letting your imagination run wild." He interpreted it as an adventure genre work. It is a kind of adventure play unfolding within director Lee Byung-hun's original world view. Jaehong Ahn said that it would be good to “focus on the diverse fun that only ‘Dakgangjeong’ has.”

Netflix's 'Dak Gangjeong' will be released on Netflix on March 15th.
