Han So-hee suffers facial injuries after being hit by a chain

Director Jeong Dong-yoon and writer Kang Eun-kyung met with Ten Asia at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 10th and told various stories about the Netflix original series 'Gyeongseong Creature'.
'Gyeongseong Creature' is a work that tells the story of two young people whose only thing was survival, confronting a monster born of greed in the spring of 1945, when the darkness of the era was deepest. Director Jeong Dong-yoon, who directed 'Stove League', and writer Kang Eun-kyung, who wrote the 'Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim' series, 'Gu Family Book', and 'Baker King Kim Tak-gu', have teamed up.
Han So-hee suffered a facial injury around her eyes while filming 'Gyeongseong Creature' in August last year. In response, Han So-hee said at the production presentation, "I got injured because I was greedy," and "What I overlooked was that I couldn't distinguish between what I could do and what I couldn't. I think I could have avoided the injury if I had done it differently. I sacrificed myself." He said, “It’s not like it’s going to work. I feel like it interfered with filming.”
On this day, director Jeong Dong-yoon recalled the time of Han So-hee's injury and said, "I was lost. I couldn't get closer. I could see her injury on the monitor screen," and added, "That was the scene where she was chained alone in the basement of Ongseong Hospital, before meeting the mother monster. “I was trying to shake off the chain, but I kicked it so hard that I got hit in the face. It was the result of acting with so much sincerity,” he explained.
He then expressed his gratitude, saying, "Actress Han So-hee apologized for not being able to film even after she got hurt. She told me to go to the hospital right away because she felt sorry for me after getting medical treatment. After that, I came back and filmed well. It must not have been easy for me to empathize with her, but she did a great job as an actress."
