'Peak time', 1st place is the unchanging team 11 o'clock banner
In the 11th episode of 'PEAK TIME', which aired on the 19th, the long-awaited final round live competition stage was held. From MASC at team 7, DKB at team 8, VANNER at team 11, BAE173 at team 13, MONT at team 20, and Moonjong at team 24. Up, former Topp Dogg Bijou, BIG Heedo, and ARGON Gon) also appeared on stage and expressed their strong determination for the final showdown.
The final round opened spectacularly with Banner (Team 11:00) playing ‘Prime Time (Prod. Ryan)’ against Ryan. Banner, who first appeared as an official part-time idol in 'Peak Time' and quickly emerged as a strong contender for the championship, showed his true value on the final stage as well. As soon as Ryan Jeon grabbed the microphone after Banner's performance, he burst into tears. Kyuhyun then praised Banner, saying, “Out of all the teams, Banner is the perfect team in terms of live performance, performance, and team unity.”
DKB (Team 8:00) showed an overwhelming performance with MONSTA DKB, full of unrivaled energy, overcame the crisis of member Lee Chan being injured and completed an energetic stage, receiving cheers. BAE173 flew around the stage with a bold ambition to “defy gravity” and erupted with unrivaled energy. The synergy was maximized with a performance that freely moved around the stage with perfect group dance. Moonbyul said, “It gives me goosebumps. That power seems to be conveyed. “It was so thrilling,” he exclaimed. Kyuhyun continued, “I was able to see restraint in the dynamic stage. “BAE173 can handle all of these things,” he said emphatically.
Mont (Team 20:00) took the final round stage with the support of leader Narachan, who could not participate because he was serving in the military. Mont, who announced a unique transformation with BTOB Lee Min-hyuk's 'NOIR (Prod. Lee Min-hyuk (HUTA))', added richness to the song by expressing deep emotions as if watching a noir movie. Sunggyu commented favorably, saying, “I still remember the bright energy of the stage, and it showed Mont’s different colors.” Lee Gikwang said, “It feels like I’ve seen a movie.” I thought Mont's strength was its stable live performance, but even the dancing was perfect and the harmony with the dancers was great. “Not only the live performance, but also the dancing skills have improved so much that it is a great stage that satisfies all requirements,” he praised.
The last stage was performed by Mask (Team 7:00) and ended with Groovy Room's 'WAVE' (Prod. Groovy Room). The audience also responded positively to the 'Wave' stage, which featured Mask's unique refreshing and beautiful tone, and enjoyed the final festival. Kyuhyun was surprised at the stage that made even the viewers feel good, saying, “They made me fall in love with just one line of ‘Hello,’ but they went beyond that stage,” and Ryan said, “It was shocking. I am grateful to ‘Peak Time’ for making that challenge shine. “We will use this challenge as a stepping stone to become a 24-hour team that runs without stopping.”
4th place went to DKB (Team 8:00), who showed the best energy at every moment. D1 said, “I said from the survival round that I would become a singer that DKB fans can be proud of, and I feel proud that I have achieved a little bit. I will become a DKB that works harder to make you proud. “We will use ‘peak time’ as a stepping stone to become DKB, which leaps higher and soars even higher,” he said enthusiastically.
BAE173 (Team 13:00), a 'performance restaurant' that shows even more power on stage, ranked 5th in the final rankings. Hangyeol said, “I’m happy. I am proud of the members who worked hard until the finals. “Based on today, we will become a BAE173 that works harder.”
Mont (Team 20:00), who received favorable reviews for challenging new genres in each round, took 6th place. Bitsaeon said, “It starts now. “We will make sure that Mont becomes a team that can climb even higher in the future,” he said with great emotion.
