Stray Kids records '2023 K-pop highest score' on Billboard

According to the 2023 YEAR-END CHARTS announced by Billboard on its official website on the 21st (local time), Stray Kids' 3rd regular album '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' released in June. (Five Star) ranked 82nd on the album comprehensive chart ‘Billboard 200 Albums’. This is the highest ranking among K-pop artists.
Including 'Billboard 200 Albums', Stray Kids ranked 1st in 'World Album Artist', 1st and 15th in 'World Album', 2nd in 'Top Album Sales Artist', 4th and 24th in 'Top Current Album Sales', and 'Top Current Album Sales'. Their names were embroidered on various charts, including 4th and 47th place in 'Album Sales', 10th place in 'Billboard 200 Artist - Duo/Group', and 64th place in 'Billboard 200 Artist'. Billboard's 'Year-End Chart' is a chart that selects the most loved albums, songs, and singers of the year, and the counting period is from November 19, 2022 to October 21, 2023.
Stray Kids is racking up the best and first records on Billboard. At the '2023 Billboard Music Awards' ('2023 BBMAs'), one of America's three major pop music awards ceremonies held on the 19th, they gained fame as the second performer and winner in the history of a K-pop boy group.
In addition, the new mini album '樂-STAR' and the title song 'Rock', released on the 10th, ranked 1st on 'Billboard 200', 2nd on 'Artist 100', and 90th on 'Hot 100' on the 25th. In particular, they achieved the feat of successfully entering the 'Hot 100' chart for the first time. There are only two K-pop boy groups that are listed on both Billboard's main charts: BTS and Stray Kids.
Stray Kids entered the 'Billboard 200' with four consecutive albums, including 'ODDINARY' and 'MAXIDENT' in 2022, and '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' and '樂-STAR' in 2023. It debuted at number one. Stray Kids is the only group in the world to have such a record since pop star Alicia Keys from 2001 to 2007 and famous boy band One Direction from 2012 to 2014. In addition, it is the second record to achieve No. 1 on the chart for the fourth time in 20 months, following Taylor Swift's 16 months.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids became the first 4th generation K-pop boy group to enter Japan's four major dome concert halls and set a record of selling out all tickets.
