Byeok-ga “Brain tumor and album production make me sob”

Koyote Paga expressed his own emotions through his solo album.

At 11 am on the 20th, Baekga held a music review event to commemorate the release of the singer's first solo album 'Healing' at Cine City M Cube Hall in Sinsa-dong, Seoul.

The new album 'Healing' includes 'Vent', 'Forest No One Knows', 'Ciel', 'Wind and Moonlight (feat. Go Sang-ji & Cheon Dan-bi)', and 'Shadow (feat. Jang Deul- le)', 'Close my eyes' (Close my eyes), 'The night I cried alone', 'Wind and moonlight (Full Ver.)' It contains a total of 8 songs.

The title song 'Wind and Moonlight' features bandoneon player Ko Sang-ji and vocalist Cheon Dan-bi. The song 'Shadow' was composed of vocals by singer-songwriter Jandelais.

It is known that Baekga produced all the songs for this album. In addition, Baekga, who has continued his career as a photographer, even participated in the album jacket shoot, revealing his identity.

On this day, Byeok-ga opened his mouth, saying, "It is the first time in 20 years that I stand in this position alone rather than with the Koyote members. It is a burden, but I feel like I am the main character. ."

Baekga explained the music video concept, saying, "It's 'sleepwalking,'" and "Every time I wake up, I'm in a different place. It's an expression of what I want to show within myself."

He continued, "I was a dancer before I was a singer. I am 43 years old this year. I will show my dancing and singing with all my might before I get older."

There were many difficulties during the album production process. He mentioned, "I was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2010. I put the emotions I felt while going through various difficult processes into the album."

Baekga said, “It took a long time to release an album by singer Baek Sung-hyun, not Koyote's Baekga.” He also said, "It will be different from Koyote's music," and "Actually, I've been preparing my solo album since I was in my 20s. When I was in my 40s when it was released, I cried alone. After finishing mastering, I listened to the music and in it, I heard the thoughts I felt when I was having a hard time. “It contained emotions,” he said.

Meanwhile, Baekga's solo album 'Healing' will be released on major music sites at 12 PM on this day.
