Actress Park Ye-ni Joins Korean Remake of 'The Intern'
Actress Park Ye-ni, a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and Harvard University's A.R.T. with a master's degree in acting, is set to appear in the film 'The Intern'.

The movie 'The Intern' tells the story of Sun-woo, a passionate CEO of a fashion company, played by Han So-hee, who hires Gi-ho, portrayed by Choi Min-sik, as a senior intern with a wealth of life experience. This film is a Korean remake of the 2015 global hit of the same name, adapted to reflect Korean sensibilities and contemporary changes.

In the film, Park Ye-ni takes on the role of Yoo-jin, an MD at the fashion company Woo22, which achieved a rapid sales milestone of 10 billion won. Yoo-jin is one of the employees working under CEO Sun-woo, known for her dedication to her responsibilities. Through this role, Park Ye-ni will transform into a character representing a busy working professional, bringing energy to the film.

Recently, she left a strong impression with her role as Choi Jung-bun, a bus guide, in the JTBC drama 'A Hundred Memories'. Park Ye-ni has also built a solid filmography with appearances in films like 'You Are So Precious to Me', 'She Died', and series such as Netflix's 'Celebrity', 'Trauma Center', TVING's 'Running Mate', ENA's 'Salon de Holmes', and Wavve's 'S Line'.

'The Intern' began filming in earnest after its crank-in on the 29th of last month.
