'Zombie Daughter' Breaks Even in Just 7 Days, Sets New Box Office Records

'Zombie Daughter' is a comedic drama about a doting father who undergoes secret training to protect his daughter, the last remaining zombie on Earth. The film stars Jung-seok, Lee Jung-eun, Jo Yeo-jeong, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Choi Yoo-ri.
Upon its release, 'Zombie Daughter' has been setting various records, and it has added another to its list. According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network, 'Zombie Daughter' surpassed 2.2 million cumulative viewers as of the 5th, breaking even. This achievement marks the fastest pace for a Korean film released this year, following its record for the highest opening score of the year, the highest opening score for a Korean comedy film, and the fastest to reach 1 million and 2 million viewers this year.
