The mystery thriller film 'Commission' tells the story of Dan-gyeong, an art instructor who dreams of becoming a webtoon artist. She gets entangled in a series of serial murders after accepting a mysterious art commission through the dark web. The film captivates with its unique premise and intense storyline.

In the film, Dan-gyeong is a character who wants to prove her talent to the world but lives without recognition. Consumed by inferiority as she compares herself to her successful webtoon artist sister, Dan-gyeong finally receives acknowledgment for her talent from an anonymous client on the dark web. As she continues to receive commissions and substantial rewards, she gradually descends into the dark world.

Kim Hyun-soo expands her acting spectrum by portraying the character's transformation as she confronts her desire to prove her worth. She skillfully depicts the emotional journey from the tension and excitement of receiving her first commission to the guilt of her art becoming entangled with crime, and ultimately, the fear of losing control.

Kim Hyun-soo shared her thoughts on the film, saying, "With 'Commission,' I challenged myself with a role I hadn't tried before. Dan-gyeong is a character who loses confidence due to comparisons with others but gradually changes through her commission work. It was challenging to portray her, but it was an enjoyable experience as an actor."
