Stars of 'Omniscient Reader' Shine in Harper's BAZAAR Korea Photoshoot

Harper's BAZAAR Korea has unveiled a stunning photoshoot featuring the five leading actors of the film 'Omniscient Reader': Ahn Hyo-seop, Lee Min-ho, Chae Soo-bin, Shin Seung-ho, and Nana.

Based on the popular web novel of the same name, 'Omniscient Reader' stars Ahn Hyo-seop as 'Kim Dok-ja,' the sole reader. When asked why he chose this role, Ahn shared, "I felt that the character 'Dok-ja' was the most relatable role I've ever taken on. I wanted the audience to feel like they could become the protagonist and feel special as they embark on Dok-ja's journey of constant choices and growth."

Lee Min-ho, who plays the novel's protagonist 'Yoo Joong-hyuk,' expressed, "It's crucial that what I feel and convey is reflected in the work. I was deeply moved by Yoo Joong-hyuk's resilience as he overcomes the challenges in the novel's world despite losing many people and getting hurt."

Chae Soo-bin, portraying 'Yoo Sang-ah,' a colleague of Dok-ja, shared her enthusiasm, "This project felt like a community of characters embarking on an adventure together. The story is so captivating that even as an actor, I was eager to see it unfold."

Shin Seung-ho, who plays the powerful soldier 'Lee Hyun-sung,' took on the role after being exempted from military service due to a ligament injury. He commented on his consecutive military roles, "The biggest difference from my previous roles is the 'justice' aspect. Hyun-sung is a hero in a chaotic world, and I aimed to portray him as warm and responsible."

Nana, who plays 'Jung Hee-won,' a character fighting for justice, discussed her action scenes, "I've always wanted to wield a sword, and using both a long and short sword allowed me to incorporate dance-like movements. Completing this project has sparked a serious interest in becoming an action star."
