Matoko Shinkai from the movie ‘Suzume’s Lockdown’ visits Korea on the 23rd

'Suzume's Lockdown' is the story of a girl named 'Suzume' who accidentally opens a door that causes disaster and desperately tries to close it to prevent disasters occurring throughout Japan.
Director Makoto Shinkai's visit to Korea has been confirmed for December 23rd and 24th. A version of 'Suzume's Lockdown: I've Been There' will be screened, allowing you to check out Sota's ending dialogue that was not heard in the previous screening, and a stage greeting from director Makoto Shinkai will be provided. A special ‘Suzume’s Lockdown’ Christmas pop-up card will be distributed to all audiences who attend the special screening.
Each work will be screened and director Makoto Shinkai's stage greeting will be held at Megabox COEX on December 23rd and at Lotte Cinema World Tower and CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall on the 24th. The making documentary 'Following Suzume's Lockdown', which contains the version of 'Suzume's Lockdown: I've Been There' and the making of the film, has been confirmed to be screened in theaters nationwide from January 10, 2024. 'Following the making documentary 'Suzume's Lockdown' includes director Makoto Shinkai from the production process, including early sketches and music, interview videos with Radwimps Yojiro Noda and producer Genki Kawamura, who played the music, and Nanoka Hara and Sota, who played the role of Suzume. It includes the voice actor audition and dubbing scenes of Hokuto Matsumura, who plays the role.
