According to distributor Lotte Entertainment on the 30th, Monica participated as a choreographer in ‘Killing Romance’. 'Killing Romance' is about top star Yeorae (played by Lee Ha-nui), who suddenly announces her retirement after falling in love with island tycoon Jonathan (played by Lee Seon-gyun), and meets Beom-woo (played by Gong Myeong), a student from the 3rd fan club, and plots an extraordinary comeback plan. It's a story.

'Killing Romance' is a movie that tries to find unexpected fun in visuals, story, music, and characters. Director Lee Won-seok, who tried to create something that had never existed in the world, paid particular attention to the choreography scenes that appear intermittently in the film.

Director Lee Won-seok, who noticed Monica's skills early on, offered to participate as the film's choreography director, and Monica happily accepted. Monica said, "'Killing Romance' is my first work outside the dance industry. Based on my experience working with director Won-seok Lee, I try to incorporate the concept of acting in other works as well, and I try to incorporate the concept of acting into narrative and scenario-based dance. “This is a work that gave me the courage to solve it. ‘Killing Romance’ was an important turning point for me,” he said of his participation.
