According to distributor PlusM Entertainment on the 11th, 'Dream' exceeded 1 million viewers this morning. This achievement was achieved 15 days after its release on the 26th of last month.
As a result, 'Dream' became the second Korean film to exceed 1 million viewers after 'Negotiation' (directed by Im Sun-rye) starring Hwang Jung-min and Hyun Bin, which was released in January this year.
Proof shots of the main characters of 'Dream', including director Lee Byung-hun, Park Seo-joon, and IU, sharing their joy were also released.
'Dream' is the story of Hong Dae (played by Park Seo-joon), a clueless former soccer player, and So-min (played by IU), a passionless producer, who challenge an impossible dream with a ragtag group of homeless national team players, and is being screened to rave reviews in theaters across the country.
