Previously, Lee So-ra has openly discussed undergoing cosmetic surgeries, including procedures on her breasts and nose. She has expressed the highest satisfaction with her breast surgery, which cost approximately 10 million won.

Lee So-ra gained attention in 2022 when she appeared on MBN's 'Dolsing Fourmen 3,' where she became a couple with fellow contestant Choi Dong-hwan, and their on-screen romance blossomed into a real-life relationship.
