Chef Son recently appeared on Netflix's "Chef in Black and White 2," where he was eliminated after a one-on-one showdown in episode 11. He is a prominent figure in fine dining, representing domestic hotel cuisine. He leads the Korean restaurant 'Eatanic Garden' at Josun Palace Seoul Gangnam and the French restaurant 'L'Amant Secret' at L'Escape Hotel, both of which have been awarded Michelin 1-star status. Chef Son is the only chef in Korea to receive Michelin stars in both Western and Korean cuisine.
