K-Pop Star Shinji Faces Controversy Over Fiancé Moon Won Amid Wedding Announcement

Following the announcement of K-pop singer Shinji's upcoming marriage, various allegations have surfaced regarding her fiancé, Moon Won. In the video, Moon Won mentioned, "I've been married once and have a lovely daughter," and "I didn't realize Jisun (Shinji's real name) was such a famous person." Netizens criticized his tone and demeanor.

Subsequently, various allegations against Moon Won spread across online communities, including unlicensed real estate brokerage, school bullying, military harassment, and relationships with multiple women. A YouTuber with 470,000 subscribers, known as 'The Lawyer You Know,' further fueled the controversy with a live broadcast titled 'Four Reasons to Oppose Shinji's Marriage.'

As the controversy grew, Moon Won addressed the issue on his social media, stating, "I sincerely apologize to Koyote fans and Shinji's fans who may have felt discomfort and disappointment due to my careless words and the various controversies surrounding me." He admitted to engaging in real estate activities without a license but denied all other allegations.

Shinji also took to social media, expressing, "I feel heavy-hearted for causing fatigue with my recent marriage news." She continued, "I have confirmed with my agency that the allegations are not true. I fully understand the concerns and opinions expressed by everyone. I would be sincerely grateful if you could watch over us with time."

Despite their clarifications, public opinion remains intense, with many online communities and social media users opposing Shinji and Moon Won's marriage. Some netizens commented, "This isn't right, but she's choosing to see it through," "It's unfortunate, but there's a reason for the warnings," and "Reconsider your decision."

However, both have addressed the issues and drawn clear lines against false claims. Having apologized for actions that sparked controversy, there seems to be no reason for the same discussions to continue. Now, it's time to quietly observe their journey.
