They continued, "Song Ha-yoon has been consistently gathering evidence to prove the initial distributor's claims are false and has secured multiple pieces of evidence," explaining that "based on this, a criminal complaint has been filed against the distributor."

Song Ha-yoon's side reiterated, "There was no act of violence against the initial distributor, nor was there any forced school transfer due to school bullying." They further expressed, "Due to these false claims, Song Ha-yoon's reputation, built over 22 years, has been severely damaged, and she is suffering from extreme mental distress."

The legal representative explained, "At the beginning of the incident, we believed that revealing the truth through an objective investigation was more important than a hasty explanation, which is why it took time to make an official statement." They added, "With the contract with her previous agency now expired, Song Ha-yoon is preparing to return to the public in a new environment. She promises to come back with a more humble and mature image."
