Comedian Kim Byung-man Undergoes Emergency Surgery After Ligament Injury

Comedian Kim Byung-man recently underwent emergency surgery.

On the 25th, Kim Byung-man shared on the Instagram account of his Jeju Island cafe, 'Byung-man Land,' stating, "Chief Byung-man in the hospital? Passion led to a ligament tear and surgery."

He added, "Unfortunately, I'll be spending some time in the hospital this week. But I'll be back soon."

It appears that Kim Byung-man injured his finger ligament while crafting a cafe table. He is seen in a hospital gown with his right finger bandaged after completing ligament suture surgery.

Kim Byung-man recently opened an experiential cafe in Jocheon-eup, Jeju, on the 15th. The cafe showcases various skills he honed on variety shows like SBS's 'Law of the Jungle' and TV Chosun's 'Survival King.'

Meanwhile, Kim Byung-man married a non-celebrity woman seven years his senior in 2011 but divorced in 2023. He is set to remarry a non-celebrity woman in September, with plans for an outdoor wedding in Jeju Island.
