Wave of Condolences as Korean Actors Mourn the Loss of Their Fathers
The entertainment industry is currently witnessing a wave of condolences as several actors mourn the recent passing of their fathers.

On the 9th, it was revealed that the fathers of actors Park Ki-woong and Kim So-jin had passed away. Park Ki-woong's father died on the 7th, but the funeral arrangements were delayed due to an ongoing investigation related to the incident.

Park Ki-woong's family shared through a media outlet, "Please accompany our father on his final journey so he is not alone. We ask for a moment of prayer for our angelic father who sacrificed everything for his family."

Park Ki-woong is currently listed as the chief mourner and is attending the wake. The wake is being held at Hanyang University Hospital Funeral Hall in Seoul, with the funeral scheduled for the 11th. The burial will take place at Andong Jangsa Cultural Park, Andong Memorial Park.

Kim So-jin's father also passed away on the same day as Park Ki-woong's father, at the age of 73. Kim So-jin is listed as the chief mourner and is attending the wake with her family. The wake is being held in Room 3 of the Haneulnaerin Dorian Funeral Hall, with the funeral scheduled for the 10th.

Actress Kim Jung-nan personally announced the passing of her father. On the 8th, she shared the news on her social media account, stating, "A few days ago, my father ended his weary life on Earth and embarked on a journey to another planet. There, my young mother, Janggun, Mongryong, and our Shiny are waiting for him."

She continued, "I hope that place is more wonderful than Pandora. May every day there be filled with inspiration and happiness. Goodbye, Dad. I'm sorry I couldn't do more for you. I love you, and you really fooled us all your life." The accompanying photo, showing Kim Jung-nan holding her father's hand tightly, added a poignant touch to her message.
