Park Ji-hoon and Lee Jun-young Share Behind-the-Scenes Stories from 'Weak Hero Class 2'
The duo shared their close friendship, revealing, "We see each other often, enjoy dancing together, and have a beer."
When asked about his current projects, Park Ji-hoon mentioned, "I'm filming a historical drama 'The Man Living with the King' with Yoo Hae-jin and Yoo Ji-tae, directed by Jang Hang-jun. Having done three historical dramas, it's not challenging anymore."
Lee, who gained fame through 'D.P.', shared, "Director Han Jun-hee's involvement in 'Weak Hero Class 2' made me accept the offer immediately."
Park Ji-hoon, who won the Best New Actor award at the Blue Dragon Series Awards for 'Weak Hero Class 1', expressed, "Receiving an award for a project I love is an honor. This work is my tear button; it touches my heart. The director and staff worked hard, and I was deeply immersed in my character, Yeon Si-eun."
Park Ji-hoon humorously added, "I don't even get scripts. I want to try a bad role, like a trashy character, but I'm not sure how I'd handle it."
In 'Weak Hero Class 2', Park Ji-hoon and Lee Jun-young portray Yeon Si-eun and Geum Seong-jae, respectively, and their rivalry is highly anticipated. Behind-the-scenes moments were also shared.
Park Ji-hoon confessed, "I was really scared. On action days with Lee Jun-young, I was especially nervous. His punches were so fast I couldn't see them. If I missed, I'd really get hit."
Lee Jun-young reassured, "I hit where we agreed. You won't get hit, but you're scared in advance." Park Ji-hoon added humorously, "You can hear the wind from his punches," bringing laughter.
