Notably, Jo received pitching guidance from his peer, SSG Landers player Jo Byung-hyun, and practiced diligently. Despite the tension, he maintained a focused demeanor, earning cheers from the fans present.

Having been chosen as the ceremonial first pitcher for the second consecutive year, Jo Jun-young has formed a special bond with SSG Landers. After his pitch, he expressed his excitement and gratitude, saying, “Being able to pitch for the second time as an SSG Landers fan is an exhilarating and thankful experience.
