Comedian Shim Jin-hwa Opens Up About Receiving $100,000 Worth of Luxury Bags from Husband Kim Won-hyo

Comedian Shim Jin-hwa has addressed the rumors about receiving luxury bags worth $100,000 from her husband, Kim Won-hyo.

On the 16th, the YouTube channel 'Yujeong and Jujeong' released a video titled 'This Marriage is a Scam! The Reality of Shim Jin-hwa & Kim Won-hyo.' In the video, Shim Jin-hwa candidly shared her thoughts on married life with actress Seo Yoo-jung.

Seo Yoo-jung started the conversation by saying, "I saw an article about you receiving luxury bags worth $100,000 from your husband Kim Won-hyo. I was shocked." Shim Jin-hwa coolly acknowledged this, explaining, "That's right. Over 15 years of marriage, he has bought me one for each anniversary, which amounts to about $100,000." She further revealed, "In terms of quantity, it's about 15 to 17 bags."

Reflecting on her past, Shim Jin-hwa recalled the financially difficult times before marriage, saying, "Back then, I was so poor that I never owned a bag worth more than $50 until my early 30s. I couldn't understand why people carried expensive bags, but now I see the appeal." She expressed her deep affection for her husband, Kim Won-hyo, stating, "He appeared during a tough time in my life, like a lifesaver."

Meanwhile, Shim Jin-hwa and Kim Won-hyo got married in 2011 and are celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary this year.
