South Korean Actor Park Min-jae Passes Away at 32 During China Trip
South Korean actor Park Min-jae has tragically passed away at the age of 32.
According to reports from the entertainment industry, Park Min-jae died of cardiac arrest on September 29th while traveling in China.
A heartfelt message was posted on his social media account, stating, "Our beloved brother has gone to rest. We hope many people will come to see him off. We apologize for not being able to contact everyone individually."
His agency, Big Title, also paid tribute on their official account, saying, "An actor who loved acting and always gave his best, Park Min-jae has gone to heaven. We are truly grateful for the love and attention you have given him. Although we can no longer see his performances, we will proudly remember him as an actor of Big Title. May he rest in peace."
Hwang Joo-hye, the CEO of Big Title, expressed her sorrow, "He said he would conquer China and was going on a month-long trip, but now he has embarked on a very long journey. The family's grief must be even greater. Min-jae, we still have so much to say and do. Thank you for being my actor, even for a short time, and I'm sorry, endlessly. Actor Park Min-jae, I will never forget these five words!" The funeral is being held at Room 9 of the funeral hall at Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital. The service will take place on the morning of October 4th at 9:30 AM, with the burial site yet to be determined. He is survived by his parents and younger brother.
