'Six the Musical' Solji "Joined late due to an ankle injury, thank you for finishing it well"
'Six the Musical', which attracted a lot of attention with Solji's musical debut, held its last performance on the 24th (Sat) at the Shinhan Card Artium in COEX. Solji captivated the hearts of the audience with her professional stage manners and singing skills befitting the characteristics of a pop musical, as well as a passionate performance that increased the character's charm.
'Six the Musical', a work in which Solji appeared, sheds light on the lives of the six queens of King Henry VIII, and each of the six queens tells their own story. 'Howard', played by Solji, is the fifth queen with the largest age difference from Henry, and she is a person with a lively yet lovely charm.
In the form of a work in which the six queens sing songs about their stories in turn, Solji made the performance even richer with stormy reactions and rich facial expressions even when it was not her turn. In addition, he showed an image optimized for 'Howard', not only skillfully digesting difficult numbers, but also with high-level dance skills.
In particular, after Solji, who played the lively and innocent 'Howard' at the beginning of the play, sang 'All you wanna do', the air in the concert hall changed. Solji, who was considered only the gossip of men, felt the skepticism of her life and expressed her gradually escalating emotions in an attractive way, raising the level of immersion.
Solji said, "'Six the Musical' is my first musical, so I think it will remain in my memory for the rest of my life. I am so happy and grateful to be able to be with you today. I joined late due to an ankle injury, but I am grateful that we finished well together in the midst of such twists and turns. I was happy to be with good older sisters and younger siblings in a good project.”
“I always felt a lot of happiness listening to the cheers from the audience at the concert hall. I will repay you with a good song.”
Meanwhile, Solji is about to perform in Sejong for 'Six the Musical' on July 2nd (Sun).
